Yes, I am aware that this sounds absolutely crazy. But these are DELICIOUS!!
The more butter you put on these, the better. I munch on these all of the time, even my sons love them!
- 2 oz. fried pork rinds
- 1 T. ground cinnamon
- 1 T. granulated Splenda
- 3 T. melted butter
- Put the pork rinds in a gallon ziplock bag
- Add the melted butter, shake it up.
- Add the cinnamon and Splenda, shake it up.
- Make sure there is enough stuff on there for you, I usually add more cinnamon!
- Pour in to a bowl.
